GENERAL TERMS/CONDITIONS/REFUND POLICY:
Claims for defects, damages, or problems must be made by the Client in writing within a period of fifteen (15) days after receipt of job/work/materials. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that the Client fully complies with terms, conditions and specifications. HOUSE HEN’S liability shall be limited to the stated selling price of any defective goods and shall in no event include special or consequential damages, including profits (or profits lost).
This payment is non-refundable unless the Client cancels the order in writing. In case of cancellation, payment is due for work completed on a proportional per job/per hour basis. A refund proportional to this amount shall be granted.
